Bachelorette Yoga & Pilates in Palm Beach: A Bride's Guide to the Private Class

A private bachelorette yoga and pilates class in Palm Beach is a 60-minute session just for your crew, held right at your rental, hotel suite, or pool deck, with a custom playlist and a chilled rosé toast to finish. Here is everything you need to know to plan it, from picking the style to finding the perfect spot.

Picture it: your favorite people on a sunny pool deck, the playlist going, a soft breeze off the water, and a glass of rosé waiting at the end. Honestly, could there be a better way to start a Palm Beach bachelorette Saturday? It's the one hour of the weekend when everyone slows down together, and it's usually the hour people remember most.

So in this guide, we'll walk you through everything a bride (or a very organized maid of honor) needs to know: what actually happens in class, how to choose between yoga and pilates, where to hold it in Palm Beach, and when to book. What Is a Bad Girls Yoga Class Like?

Let us be clear: this is not a hushed studio class. Our Namaste then Rosé™ sessions are upbeat, social, and music-led. Your instructor reads the room, switches things up on the fly, and keeps everyone laughing, and we finish with a chilled glass of rosé because you're celebrating!

  • A certified instructor who comes to your house, hotel, or rental

  • Mats and all the equipment, so nobody has to pack a thing

  • A playlist built from your group's own favorite songs

  • Aromatherapy and a blissful wind-down at the end

  • A rosé toast to close it out, with a non-alcoholic option always on hand

Sessions run 60 minutes. No experience needed, and we really mean that. Almost every group has at least one person who's never tried either, and they always have the best time.

Yoga, Pilates, or Both?

This is the very first question most brides ask us, and our answer is almost always the same: do both!

Our blend opens with an easy yoga flow, moves into some pilates work in the middle so everyone feels it (in the best way), and finishes with a long, delicious stretch. It works beautifully for a mixed crew, which is basically every crew.

That said, you can absolutely lean one way. If Friday night ran late, a yoga-led class is all about slow flow and recovery. If your girls love a workout, a pilates-led class brings the core and glute burn. You don't need to decide on the form, either. Tell us about your group, and we'll build the class around them. Our private yoga in Palm Beach and private pilates in Palm Beach pages show what each one looks like.

Where Should You Hold Your Class in Palm Beach?

We come to you! Pool decks, rooftops, balconies, hotel suites, backyards, or a cleared-out living room when the sky opens up. All you need is a bit of floor space.

The real question is where you're staying, and here's the thing nobody mentions: the Town of Palm Beach doesn't allow short-term vacation rentals in its residential neighborhoods. So a weekend house on the island isn't really an option. Here's where we'd set up instead.

A Pool Deck in Delray

Delray has no city-wide minimum stay, which makes it a great bet for a weekend house. A sunny pool deck or a shaded backyard there is just about perfect for class. Just read the listing's minimum stay and HOA rules before you book.

A Hotel Suite or Rooftop

Want to be on the island or in downtown West Palm? Then a hotel is your best friend. The Colony is the pink Palm Beach classic, The Ben has a rooftop pool a stroll from Clematis Street, and The Nora opened in October 2026 in West Palm's Nora District. In Delray, Opal Grand sits right where Atlantic Avenue meets the ocean. Just check with the concierge that outside wellness vendors are welcome before you book.

A Balcony With a View

A West Palm waterfront condo, a North Palm Beach home, or a Singer Island or Juno Beach rental comes with big balconies that are some of our favorite places to roll out the mats. Just know that many condo buildings and HOAs set their own minimum stays, sometimes a week or a month, so check before you book.

What about the beach? We'll be honest: beach yoga in Palm Beach is much better in theory than in reality. A paid class on a public beach generally needs a permit your group arranges, Delray keeps a close eye on paid commercial activity on its public beaches, and the Town of Palm Beach doesn't allow alcohol on its beaches, so the rosé toast can't happen on the sand. Our advice? Hold class at your place, then head to the beach afterward with everyone stretched and glowing.

When Should You Schedule It?

Saturday at around 10 or 11 is the sweet spot. Everyone gets a slow coffee, nobody's rushing, and it sets the tone for the whole day.

Our advice? Book it a little later than you think you want, and don't jam it right up against brunch or a boat. Give yourselves some wiggle room between the mats and the rest of the day.

Coming in June? Palm Beach gets hot and sticky by then, so go earlier if you're outside, or bring class inside to the air conditioning. And if the sky opens up any time of year, no problem at all. We simply move class indoors to a space your group provides.

How Far Ahead Should You Book?

Palm Beach groups usually start planning about five months out and lock in their activities two to three months before the trip. March and April are the busiest months, so for a spring weekend, we'd book your class as soon as your stay is confirmed. June and the rest of the year give you a little more breathing room. And reach out even if your date is coming up fast, because we'll always try to make it work!

How Does Booking Work?

It's easy, we promise. Send us your date, your group size, and where you're staying. A $100 deposit holds your date and goes toward your final balance, and private classes start at $275. Your final headcount and payment are due 10 days before class, and you can adjust your numbers right up until then. Payments are non-refundable, and gratuity goes directly to your instructor.

Which Crew Vibe Is Yours?

  • Recovery-forward: A cozy dinner in on Friday, a slow and stretchy Saturday class at the house, then a spa afternoon and a private chef that night.

  • Balanced: Class at 10 on Saturday, an afternoon on the Intracoastal, and dinner out in West Palm or Delray.

  • Full-send: A big Friday, an energizing pilates-led class at 11 to get everyone moving, a night on Atlantic Avenue, and a gentle stretch on Sunday before checkout.

Celebrating a birthday or a girls' trip instead? The same class works for any celebration, and our yoga party in Palm Beach guide has the details.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does anyone need experience?

Nope! Your instructor adjusts in real time so total beginners and seasoned yogis flow side by side. Nobody gets singled out, we promise.

Does the class work for every guest?

Yes, and this is the question we get more than any other. We tailor every single class to the group. It works for any age, any fitness level, and for guests who are pregnant, since our instructors are trained in prenatal yoga and pilates. For anyone under 21 or simply not drinking, we bring non-alcoholic options so nobody's left out of the toast.

What if our rental has no outdoor space?

Not a problem at all. A cleared living room, an open hotel suite, or a covered patio all work beautifully.

What happens if it rains?

We move class inside to a space your group provides, like the living room. There are no weather refunds, so just keep an indoor backup in mind.

Can we do a class on the beach?

It's possible, but a paid class on a public beach needs a permit your group arranges, and some beaches here keep a close eye on paid classes. Most crews find their pool deck so much easier.

Who actually plans our class?

You do, with us. Every detail from start to finish, right down to the playlist, is built directly between the bride, Gillian, and your instructor.
