    Every session is tailored to your group’s energy and experience level. Prefer a faster flow? A slower, more restorative practice? Your instructor shapes the class around what your group actually wants, from the first breath to the last pose.

  • PREMIUM MATS FOR EVERYONE
    No need to pack a thing. We bring premium mats for every participant so your group arrives with nothing but themselves.

  • A CUSTOM PLAYLIST 
    Your music, your session. We set the playlist in advance based on your group’s taste so the energy carries from warmup through savasana without missing a beat.

  • AROMATHERAPY AND GUIDED RELAXATION 
    Every session closes with guided relaxation and aromatherapy. This is the part your group will still be talking about at dinner.
